In Lebanon, many families live through displacement, waiting, the loss of bearings.
In these moments, to protect childhood is first to protect the bond: a mother with her child, a family reunited, a temporary place that becomes shelter, a school that gives order back to time.
Fondazione Caravelli supports actions for vulnerable families, children, child protection, food aid and continuity of education.
Not every emergency is visible. Some inhabit the silence of families. The Foundation chooses to be present there, with modesty, attention and continuity.
When a family loses the place, it must be able to keep the bond.
To protect a child is to protect their right to remain a child.
Even in emergency, school gives a rhythm back to life.
To be present does not mean to take the stage. It means not leaving anyone alone.
