Governance will be made public progressively. Here we state the principles already adopted and what remains to be formalised.

Holding a PhD in Cybersecurity from Royal Holloway, University of London, she leads the Foundation with a culture of verification, protection and discretion.
Her role unites governance, the ethics of the image and the protection of sensitive data. In an institution devoted to dignity, to protect also means to safeguard what must not be exposed: faces, stories, images, proof, people.
Living principles
- Founder
- The Foundation is promoted by Maison Caravelli, which supports its launch with its own means.
- Committee
- The steering committee and its rules are published progressively in the institutional documents.
- Decision rules
- Intervention decisions follow the method: listening, verification, action, documentation, restitution.
- Conflicts of interest
- The Foundation will adopt an explicit policy to prevent conflicts of interest.
- Partners
- Local partners are named only after verification. No partnership is declared for image.
- Audit
- An independent audit is planned after formalisation and the first accounts.
- Intervention criteria
- We act only where there are a verified need, a reliable partner and the possibility to document the gesture.
- Protection of minors
- Minors are never a decorative element. Their images require heightened vigilance and the consent of guardians.
- Image consent
- No image is published without an adequate framework of consent and verification of context.
- Reporting
- The reporting policy will be published with the first reports and will follow the principle of restitution.
