Governance

Governance will be made public progressively. Here we state the principles already adopted and what remains to be formalised.

Founder: The Foundation is promoted by Maison Caravelli, which supports its launch with its own means.
Committee: The steering committee and its rules are published progressively in the institutional documents.
Decision rules: Intervention decisions follow the method: listening, verification, action, documentation, restitution.
Conflicts of interest: The Foundation will adopt an explicit policy to prevent conflicts of interest.
Partners: Local partners are named only after verification. No partnership is declared for image.
Audit: An independent audit is planned after formalisation and the first accounts.
